A hands-on workshop on human neural organoids and assembloids

Supported by the Stanford Brain Organogenesis Program in the Wu Tsai Neurosciences Institute & Bio-X

This one week-long practical course will provide training to 25 participants in all aspects of 3D in vitro study of neural development and disease modeling. ​

Topics include: human stem cell maintenance, generation aof 3D neural organoids and assembloids, quality controls, assay implementations (viral infection, genetic engineering, functional imaging, electrophysiology, etc). 

The course will take place in new
​Stanford Wu Tsai Neurosciences Building.
